Your BizFile account is a crucial part of this course. You will use BizFile to set up and manage your LLC. BizFile is California's Secretary of State online business portal that allows you to file forms, pay fees, and keep track of your business records all in one place.

Steps to Set Up Your BizFile Account

To set up your account, follow these steps:

  • Visit the California BizFile Online Forms Page.
  • Click on the "Login" button located at the top right corner of the page.

  • Select "Sign Up" to create a new account.

  • Fill in the required information and follow the prompts to complete the registration process.

  • Now you are done with signup.

Using Your BizFile Account

After setting up your account, you can use the BizFile My Records to manage your LLC:
